WHAT SERVICES ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Prices are per person per night with:
- Buffet breakfast in our front sea restaurant or in our pool terrace
- 2 sunbeds with a umbrella per room on the private beach in front of the hotel
- 1 parking per room (subject to availability)
- Internet Wi-Fi throughout the hotel
- Use of the swimming-pool open from 9 to 13 and from 15 to 19
- Use of our roof and sauna top gym

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE FULL BOARD SERVICE?
No, we don’t have full board treatment; from 12.30 to 13.45 restaurant and snack service is provided on the pool terrace (extra charge)
IS THE SUN BED AROUND THE POOL INCLUDED?
No, the comfortable sunbed with towel, has an extra cost
DO YOU PROVIDE BEACH TOWELS?
Yes, you can rent them for Euro 3 per towel
IS TOURIST TAX INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
No, tourist tax is not included in the price , will be applied in the measure of Euro 2,50 per person per night up to 10 consecutive days. Tourist tax is not applied for children under 10 years of age.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE THE ROOM BEFORE THE CHECK IN TIME?
Early check in is possible, subject to availability and by previous agreement with hotel direction.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A LATE CHECK OUT?
Late check out should be requested the night before departure. Until 18.00, 50% of the room cost will be charged.
AT WHAT TIME IS THE CAR PARK AVAILABLE?
Car park is available from 12.00 of the arrival day to 12.00 of departure day.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE THE BEACH/SWIMMING-POOL IF THE ROOM IS STILL NOT AVAILABLE ON ARRIVAL OR ON THE DEPARTURE DAY?
Yes, we can keep your luggage and assign a spot on the beach or by the swimming-pool based on availability.
DO YOU ACCEPT ANIMALS?
Yes, of small size only, with a cost of Euro 10,- per day. It’s not possible to access the restaurant/terrace, shared areas, swimming-pool and beach.
HOW CAN I PAY AT DEPARTURE?
Cash up to Euro 2.999,- (according to the Italian law).
Credit card, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEXO, BANCOMAT.
WHAT IS REQUESTED UPON BOOKING CONFIRMATION?
A deposit of Euro 250,- per person to be sent via bank transfer.
WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION POLICIES?
A credit card is requested as garantie the reservation.
Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date, within 4pm (local time).
In case of cancellation or amendments beyond the time limit specified, no show or early departure, the amount of max to 3 nights will be debited on the credit card given as guarantee
The hotel could make a pre-authorization check on the credit card given as guarantee for the amount up to three nights
CAN I BOOK A TRANSFER?
Yes, with previous agreements with hotel direction, for an extra fee, we can arrange a transfer from/to all airports and train stations.
