The original structure of the Hotel Ril dates back to the 1960s and has been owned by the Gerardi family since then. In 1983, the family began to manage it directly.

Thanks to the constant incentives, the entrepreneurial spirit and the creative flair, the family turned the initial complex into an example of Neo Modernism architecture raising over six floors and offering a distinctive seafront view.



About Us





From 1983 onwards, Hotel Ril went through constant improvements and annual renovations, in order to shape material awareness of technological changes within its structure.

The original architecture is rich in historical elements such as the precious Trompe-l'oeil image of the bathers, placed on the external façade, the acquafòrte engraved on the glass of the main entrance of the hotel and the iron sculpted interior walls recreating a peculiar marine scene.

The characteristic interior design of the Sixties has been carefully combined with a more contemporary decoration followed by the ongoing research of the owners themselves.

Office Manager

Luisa is one of the pillars of the Hotel Ril since 1983. Her career in the world of tourism has developed in her brilliant skills of problem solving. She takes care of the planning and booking of the rooms, one of the most delicate moments to be able to understand the customers' needs, to satisfy them and to make their experience unique.


Front Office Manager 

Adriano, together with Luisa, holds the important role of manager of the reception.
Thanks to his serene and calm personality, he manages to create a dynamic and functional collaboration assuring a prompt and reliable customer reception service. Moreover, the knowledge he has of the Veneto region guarantees valuable suggestions to our guests wishing to explore the surroundings.




Food and Beverage Manager

Since the very beginning of his experience at the Hotel Ril, Giacomo has been assigned to the role of barman and dining room manager thanks to his in-depth knowledge of the sector. Our guests recall “unforgettable experiences” for the elegance and style through which he offers classic and contemporary reinterpretations of traditional cocktails, but also for the original blends of his creations, enriched by hand-made extracts.


Executive Chef

The Venetian origins of our chef Alessandro reveal in his dishes the remarkable gastronomic heritage of our territory, creating an exceptional encounter between local and international flavours. Tradition and Contamination are key words to Alessandro’s cuisine that compliment and inspire each other, thereby giving life to a strong and creative philosophy.
